Originating in 2008, The Warm Up the Winter campaign began as a benefit concert founded by Rabbi Deborah Zecher. Known as an entertaining, uplifting, and unifying showcase of diversified local talent, this year’s two-hour-long benefit concert will take place at the Guthrie Center.
This is Construct’s 18th annual campaign to Warm Up the Winter for south Berkshire County residents in need. The campaign raises funds for wintertime emergency assistance for fuel, utilities, rent payments, and short-term accommodations for low-income residents. This year we aim to raise $150,000.
Funds raised from Warm Up the Winter will help income-eligible households in south Berkshire County including the towns of Lenox, Lee, Richmond, West Stockbridge, Stockbridge, Great Barrington, Housatonic, Sheffield, Ashley Falls, Monterey, New Marlboro and Mill River, Otis, Becket, Sandisfield, and Tyringham.
