Every Saturday, for nearly 5 years church and community members of Price Memorial AME Zion Church has provided a bag lunch to anyone in need. In Pittsfield there are very limited meal programs operating on the weekends, so this program is essential. We are seeking volunteers to make 300+ sandwiches and assemble bagged lunches with other items.
Preparation is done on Saturday from 10:00 - 12:00 p.m. at 27 East Street Pittsfield, formerly the First Church of Pittsfield. Please enter from the side parking lot on Allen Street. Volunteer once, or join us every Saturday. (Drop ins welcome)
There is no outreach on December 7th!
