On behalf of the Transformative District Initiative Partnership, we are looking for volunteers for our upcoming Downtown Pittsfield It’s Alive! Halloween Festival, held on Friday, October 21st in the downtown district.
Please consider helping us make Downtown Pittsfield It’s Alive! an extraordinary event by volunteering your time at one of the many events planned or to help us set up or clean up. Any time commitment is appreciated!
12pm-2pm Prep Duties include unloading of tables, chairs, tents, hay bales, etc.
2pm-4pm Set Up Set up of tables, chairs, tents, lighting, Bouncy House. Decoration of Photo Op and Teen area
4pm-8pm Wayfinding Smiling faces to hand out maps and direct attendees to key areas
8pm-10pm Clean Up Breakdown of areas
