Farm to Fork Fondo has been connecting outdoor enthusiasts to small farms and beautiful open spaces in the Pittsfield, MA area since 2015. In collaboration with Farm Community Fund, a 501(c)3 nonprofit working to keep natural spaces open for agricultural, recreational, and educational uses, Farm to Fork Fondo cyclists tour from farm to farm to meet the farmer, taste their products, and enjoy the rural scenery. Every cyclist who rides donates to Farm Community Fund's mission and the proceeds are given back to the community.
This year, they are proud to support the important work of Berkshire United Way. All along the cycling route, Berkshire United Way volunteers in colorful t-shirts will be cheering for cyclists and handing out farm-fresh gourmet treats, while helping to earn a donation that will enable United Way to fund a Fall 2022 food insecurity programs in our community.
You can help by volunteering! For just a few hours on Sunday, October 9, you can help increase the amount that they donate to Berkshire United Way.
