Do you love puzzles and keeping things in order? We have a volunteer need in our plumbing and locks area of the Restore. Our goal is to have things put together for easy purchase. Do you love the written word and technology? We need folks to write descriptions, upload photos onto our ReStore ecommerce site. This is a critical need and would really help us provide more opportunities to build affordable homes. Are you crafty or have design talents? The Restore could use volunteers that can display sale items in an attractive way.
Homeownership: The equal opportunity housing lottery needs help in accepting applications for the lottery. Intake volunteers, check applications for completeness and if complete moves them to the next volunteer opportunity in application review. If the application is not complete than the intake person would contact the person to let them know what is missing. Our goal is to have a large amount of folks in the position to participate in the lottery.
Application review volunteers must be detailed oriented, able to complete and excel sheet and have a pleasant demeaner.
Woman Build Committee members are sought to bring a refresh to the Woman Build Empowerment Program and plan this years Women Build Days and activities. If you are creative, can follow through and believe in Woman empowerment, we want you!
