On October 31, the Construction Team will host a Carter Build Day at Prosperity Way in Housatonic — our 20-home neighborhood helping local families build stronger futures. This landmark project tackles one of South County’s biggest challenges: keeping essential workers and families in the community they love. Six homes are already rising — proof of what we can achieve together.
