The City of Pittsfield, Downtown Pittsfield, Inc. (DPI), and the Downtown Pittsfield Cultural Association (DPCA) are looking for volunteers to assist with various assignments during the May 2nd First Fridays at Five in downtown Pittsfield.
1) ONE check-in attendant for Family Fun Zone at Depot and McKay Street (3 pm to 5:30 pm). This volunteer will be responsible for checking in Family Fun Zone participants and Food Vendors as they arrive and directing their vehicle over to their designated area.
2) ONE check-in attendant for Makers Market at North Street at Park Square (3 pm to 5:30 pm). This volunteer will be responsible for checking in Makers Market participants as they arrive and directing their vehicle over to their designated area.
3) ONE exit attendant for Family Fun Zone at Fenn Street (3 pm to 5:30 pm).
4) ONE exit attendant for Makers Market at West Street (3 pm to 5:30 pm).
5) FOUR Lawn Game attendants (4:45 pm to 8:15 pm) Split shifts available from 4:45 to 6:30 pm or 6:30 to 8:15 pm.
6) FOUR Beer Garden attendants near Persip Park (4:45 to 8:15 pm). This volunteer will be responsible for reminding individuals to not leave the designated area with their alcoholic beverages. Split shifts available from 4:45 to 6:30 pm or 6:30 to 8:15 pm.
7) FOUR Beer Garden attendants at Dunham Mall (4:45 to 8:15 pm). This volunteer will be responsible for reminding individuals to not leave the designated area with their alcoholic beverages. Split shifts available from 4:45 to 6:30 pm or 6:30 to 8:15 pm.
