Responsibilities:
Assist Families: Greet families as they arrive, guide them through the event, and answer any questions they may have.
Support Vendors: Provide assistance to vendors with setup, breakdown, or any on-site needs to ensure a seamless experience.
Maintain Toy Areas: Keep the Free Toy Store organized, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the event.
Hand Out Bags: Distribute bags to families for their toy selections and assist with any related needs.
Provide General Event Support: Help with additional tasks as they arise, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all attendees. We may need volunteers to hand out information for vendors who may not be able to attend.
Requirements:
A friendly and approachable demeanor to interact with families and vendors.
Flexibility and a "can-do" attitude to address a variety of event needs.
Attention to detail to keep spaces clean and organized.
