Who We Are
We are a group of volunteers from throughout Berkshire County. We have an organized way of approaching local community needs through hands-on service, fundraising and fellowship. We emphasize serving people with mental and physical disabilities. We help local charities in more ways than just writing a check.

5. Conduct food, towel, clothing, and toiletries drives for food pantries and community organizations.
6. Donate to a community winter heating program, to a children’s winter clothing program, and to a children’s shoes program.

What is SoupFest? SoupFest is a fundraiser with all proceeds going to Berkshire County food pantries. Soup samplings, appetizers, and desserts are provided to about 240 attendees who donate $25 each. Approximately 20 local restaurants and organizations donate the soup. Civitan provides appetizers and desserts and holds raffles at the event. As a result of the 14th Annual SoupFest held on October 14, 2022, Civitan donated $11,297 to 21 local food pantries and meal programs.
