Volunteers will have the opportunity to select the areas they're most interested in helping with on the sign-up form.
We'll have a variety of roles available, including construction support, registration, hospitality, food service, setup, cleanup, and other event tasks. The volunteer shifts are 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 1:00-6:00 p.m., with a lunch break in between.
Tasks may include (and can be selected on the form):
- passing out food and drinks
- sign-In and waivers
- capturing photo and video content
- heavy lifting
- raking stone (very heavy)
- operating machinery (fork lift)
- putting together equipment
- unpacking obstacle materials
- putting together obstacles
- holding tools
We will provide instructions, safety briefings and group assignments around 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. While those are our scheduled shifts, it is understandable if volunteers need to leave early or can only participate for part of a shift.
