Setup tents and signage 7:30 - 9:00

Raffle Support 1:30 -3:30
- Jun 12, 2023 at 1:30pm for 2 hours with 2 slots.
On-course competitions 8:30-2:30
- Jun 12, 2023 at 8:30am for 6 hours with 2 slots.
Removing signs and tents from course 2:303-3:30
- Jun 12, 2023 at 2:30pm for 1 hours with 4 slots
