Each year Berkshire United Way engages community volunteers to assist us with visiting our funded partner programs to ensure they are delivering the program as expected. Site Reviews will begin in December 2021 and run through January 2022, some visits will be virtual (zoom) and others will be in-person (safety protocols will be dictated by the agencies but may include wearing masks, physical distancing, having your temperature taken or being vaccinated for COVID-19). Visits are scheduled through-out Berkshire County.
All reviewers use an evaluation tool to rate the quality of the programming and offer suggestions.
