The mission of BFAIR is to enrich the lives of people of all ages and abilities by providing positive life experiences through distinctive, individualized, quality services.

What We Do

BFAIR is a not-for-profit human service agency with programs and residences located throughout the Berkshires as well as the Pioneer Valley.  With a workforce of 240 staff, we are dedicated to meeting the unique needs of nearly 600 individuals with developmental disabilities, autism and acquired brain injuries.  National and state accredited, BFAIR provides residential, clinical, employment, individual and family support, day habilitation and community-based day services for adults and children with developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury, autism. We strive to be the premier service provider in the Berkshires and Pioneer Valley for persons with cognitive disabilities, autism and acquired brain injuries and continually strive to look for new and innovative ways to best support these individuals.
